My name is actually David Cairns, and I was a co-op in Level 2 at IBM, where Iain worked up until recently. I'm also a student at Penn State University, in State College, PA, which is where Iain grew up (fancy that). Iain is my Go-sensei, and Ultimate (frisbee) practice partner.
I have become an avid Nethack player.

I am active in LGBTA civil rights groups; Allies at Penn State, and EAGLE at IBM.
